- Agents send their count from any phone. One report per agent, device and day, so nothing is counted twice.
- Team leads approve or reject with a reason. Only approved reports are paid.
- SMS reminders at the time you choose, and a list of who hasn't reported today.
- Add your own fields to the report form, such as issues or children enrolled.

Questions
Is Jagora part of NIMC?+
No. Jagora is an independent tool for running your enrollment team. Enrollment itself still happens on NIMC's systems; Jagora tracks your agents, devices, counts and pay.
Do agents need a smartphone?+
Agents need a phone with a web browser and data to send their daily report. Daily reminders and password reset codes come by SMS.
Can we bring our current spreadsheet?+
Yes. Import your users, devices, sites and past daily reports from Excel or CSV. Each import shows you what will happen before anything is saved.
Do we have to pay agents through Jagora?+
No. You can download the payment schedule and pay from your own bank, or top up the Jagora wallet and pay agents' bank accounts from there.
Is our data safe?+
Each company only sees its own data. Admins sign in with two-factor codes, every change is recorded in the audit log, and the database is backed up every day.
How does the free trial work?+
Sign up, set up your team and use everything during the trial. No card is needed. When the trial ends, you pay monthly for the plan you chose.
