Terms of service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between your company and Asfartec, which runs Jagora. By creating an account or using Jagora, your company accepts them. Questions: [email protected].

1. What Jagora is

Jagora is software for running an enrollment team: users, devices, daily reports, targets and payments. It is not part of, or approved by, NIMC. Enrollment itself still happens on NIMC's systems.

2. Your account

  • The person who signs up confirms they can act for the company.
  • Your company admins decide who gets an account and what they can see. You are responsible for everything done under your company's accounts.
  • Keep passwords and two-factor codes private. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

3. Your data

  • Your company owns the data it puts in Jagora. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
  • You must have the right to enter your staff's details (names, phone numbers, bank details), and tell them you use Jagora.
  • Do not enter enrollees' personal data (names, NINs, photos, fingerprints or other biometrics). Jagora is for counts and team management only.
  • You can export your data at any time from the reports, analytics and payment pages.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Jagora for anything unlawful, to send spam, to try to reach another company's data, or to disrupt the service.

5. Free trial, plans and invoices

  • The free trial lasts as long as your plan says. No card is needed.
  • After the trial we send one invoice a month, for the plan's monthly price plus any usage the plan charges for (for example, active agents).
  • If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date, your account becomes read-only, and later suspended, until it is paid. Your data is kept during that time.
  • You can change plan or stop at any time. Invoices already issued must still be paid.

6. The wallet and payouts

  • Top-ups and payouts are processed by licensed payment providers (currently Paystack and Bachs). Jagora is not a bank.
  • Payouts go only when your company tells Jagora to pay, to the bank accounts your company entered. Check bank details before paying; we cannot recover money sent to a wrong account that you entered.
  • Fees are shown before you pay. When you close your account, we return any wallet balance to your company's bank account, less provider fees.
  • Paying through the wallet is optional. You can always download the payment schedule and pay from your own bank.

7. Service and support

We work to keep Jagora available and your data backed up every day, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features over time and will tell you before we remove anything important.

8. Liability

Jagora calculates pay from the reports and rules your company enters; your company remains responsible for what it pays. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your company paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Jagora at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid. After an account is closed, we delete your company's data as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. We will tell company admins about important changes at least 14 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
