Adding your team with a registration link

Already handed out devices, or have many agents to add? Instead of adding everyone yourself, share one link. People fill in their own details, confirm their phone by SMS, and wait for your approval.

Make a link

1. Go to Users and click Registration links, then New link.
2. Choose who it is for: agents or team leads (one link each).
3. Choose when it expires (7 days unless you change it, up to 30) and, if you like, the most people who can use it.
4. Click Copy link or Share on WhatsApp and post it in your team's group. You can Switch off a link at any time.

What people fill in

• Name, phone number (their sign-in), an optional email and a password they choose.
• Agents can type their team lead's phone number; the team lead's name appears when it matches. If they leave it empty, you choose the team lead when approving.
• Agents who already hold a device tick I already have a device and enter its IMEI (dial *#06#), tag and brand.
• They get a 6-digit code by SMS to confirm the number. Only then is the request sent to you.

Approve or reject

1. New requests appear under Join requests (with a red count in the menu). Company admins and support see all of them; a team lead sees the agents who chose them.
2. Click Review. For an agent, check the team lead (search by name or phone) and the device check:
   • In store: the device is already in your list and will be assigned to them.
   • New device: it will be added and assigned.
   • Problem: someone else holds it, it is faulty or lost, or its tag is already used. Sort that out first, or reject.
3. Click Approve. Their account is created with the password they chose, and they get an SMS saying they can sign in.
4. Or click Reject and give a reason. They get it by SMS and can sign up again with the right details.

Until a request is approved nobody can sign in with that number; the sign-in page tells them it is waiting for approval.
